We consult with industry experts, whistleblowers, NGOs, award-winning investigative journalists, and local communities to build cases, gathering information through sources such as environmental information requests (EIRs). When appropriate, we apply for judicial review in the High Court.

Challenging the roll-back of chemical safety laws

The Government has introduced new Regulations that scrap decades of chemical safety laws and critical oversight, risking our health for generations to come. Their own documents claim safety should be balanced against economic growth.

Toxic Sewage Sludge: Fighting for Safe Farmland

For years, water companies have been selling or giving farmers toxic sewage sludge to use as fertilizer. This sludge, contaminated with dioxins, furans, microplastics, and ‘forever chemicals’ like PFAS, poses serious risks to human health and soil quality.
